Terms of Service

Welcome. By downloading or using an ALITO GAMES app or visiting games.alitocoin.com, you agree to these terms.

1. Who provides the service

"ALITO GAMES", "we", "us" refers to the ALITO GAMES studio division of ALITO COIN LLC, the entity that owns and operates this service. Contact: hello@alitocoin.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. If you're between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you need your parent/guardian's permission.

3. What you get

A license to install and use our mobile games on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. This license is personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.

4. What you can't do

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code or AI model weights.
• Use our apps to generate or distribute illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• Impersonate others or harm, harass or threaten any person.
• Cheat, modify, or exploit bugs for unfair advantage.
• Resell, rent, or redistribute the apps.
• Upload malicious content.

Violating these terms may result in termination of your license, loss of progress, and potential legal action.

5. AI-generated content

Our apps use on-device AI to generate responses — your conversations never leave your phone. Things you should understand:

• AI output is not human opinion or fact. Treat it as entertainment, not advice.
• Do not use the AI to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical, psychological, legal, or financial condition.
• The AI may produce unexpected, inappropriate, or inaccurate content. You can reset your pet at any time.
• You are responsible for what you write. Your input influences the AI's responses.
• Local filtering: we apply a basic content filter on-device. It is not perfect. Report problems to support@alitocoin.com.

6. In-App Purchases

Some features require purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google per their terms. All sales are final except where Apple/Google policy mandates refunds.

7. Intellectual property

The app, code, designs, and brand belong to ALITO COIN LLC / ALITO GAMES. The underlying on-device AI model weights are provided by their respective vendor under their own license. You cannot reproduce our work without permission.

8. Third-party services

Our apps use services from Apple, Google, Firebase, and AdMob. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALITO COIN LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.

11. Termination

You can stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling. We can terminate or suspend your access for violations.

12. Changes

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ALITO COIN LLC is registered.
