Privacy Policy

TL;DR: Pocket Soul and our other games run AI on your phone. Your chats with your pet never leave your device. We collect only what's needed to keep the app stable and to serve ads (you can remove ads via in-app purchase).

1. Who we are

ALITO GAMES is the game studio division of ALITO COIN LLC, an independent company. Primary contact: hello@alitocoin.com.

2. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to all ALITO GAMES mobile games and web experiences, including Pocket Soul, available on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and games.alitocoin.com.

3. Data we process

On-device only (never leaves your phone)

• Your conversations with the pet — stored locally in your device's secure storage. Used only to power the AI running on your device. We cannot read them.
• Your pet's name, your name, pet state, personality values, memory summary — all local.

We do not collect: your name, email, phone, address, location, photos, files, contacts, calendar, health, financial or biometric data, or the content of your chats with the pet.

4. Cookies / tracking technologies

Mobile apps don't use cookies. Our website uses minimal first-party analytics. Third-party SDKs in the app use their own device identifiers per platform rules (IDFA on iOS after ATT consent, AAID on Android).

5. Your rights

You can:

• Reset everything: Settings → Reset pet. Wipes all local data including conversations.
• Disable ad personalization: iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking → revoke ATT. Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out.
• Uninstall the app: removes all local data.
• Request deletion of third-party data: email hello@alitocoin.com with your device identifier.

If you are in the EU / UK (GDPR) you also have rights to access, rectify, port, object, and restrict processing. Email hello@alitocoin.com.

If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA) you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of "sale/share". We do not sell personal data. To exercise rights, email hello@alitocoin.com.

6. Children

Pocket Soul is rated 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 (COPPA in US, similar rules in other jurisdictions). If you believe a child under 13 has used our app, email us and we will delete any related data.

7. Advertising

We show ads via Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and serve personalized ads based on your interest profile on your device. You can opt out at any time via device settings. You can also remove ads entirely with an in-app purchase.

8. Data transfers

Firebase (hosted by Google) processes diagnostics and crash data on Google Cloud infrastructure globally. No sensitive data is transferred.

9. Security

• We rely on Apple/Google device encryption for local data.
• Network calls to Firebase/AdMob use HTTPS.
• We do not maintain a server that stores your personal data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes we'll announce in-app.
