End User License Agreement

This EULA is a legal contract between you ("User") and ALITO COIN LLC doing business as ALITO GAMES ("Licensor"). By installing or using an ALITO GAMES app, you accept this EULA.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices owned or controlled by User, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

User may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by law.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software.
• Extract, repurpose, or redistribute the AI model weights included.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software.

4. AI Model License

The embedded Gemma 3n model weights are licensed under the terms provided by Google. See https://ai.google.dev/gemma/terms.

5. Updates

Licensor may provide updates. Those updates are governed by this EULA unless a new one is presented.

6. Third-Party Notices

The Software incorporates open-source components. A full list of licenses is available at /legal/licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if User breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, User must stop using and delete the Software.

10. General

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Licensor's jurisdiction.
